When you request access, the work email you enter and the time you sent it. Nothing else. There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising cookies on this site.

Only to reply to your request and to tell you about access to nes.si. We don’t sell, rent or share your email, and we don’t use it for anything else. We rely on your consent, given when you send the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.

The site runs on Cloudflare, which serves the page and stores the emails in a database in Western Europe. To keep out spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a request comes from a person, and your IP address is used for a moment to limit repeated requests. We don’t store it.

Cloudflare handles this for us under its own privacy policy.

Until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to reply to you about access.

Write to jdubal@nes.si to see, correct or delete the email we hold, and we’ll do it within a month. If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

We don’t track you across sites, so a browser’s Do Not Track signal changes nothing here.

nes.si is for law firms and isn’t meant for anyone under 16.
